ADVANCED HAND REFLEXOLOGY
NOVEMBER 12 & 13, 2011 9-6 p.m.

 

Course Includes:

  • Hand Chart: Review
  • Hand Anatomy and Physiology: Including bones, hand and forearm muscles,
    tendons, joints with palpation.
  • Bio-Mechanics/Kinesiology of the wrist, hand and fingers
  • Common Hand pathology such as Carpal Tunnel, Dupytren’s Contracture,
    Trigger Finger, etc.
  • Lots of Hands-On Trades: (no pun intended) Getting comfortable with hands.
    Basic reflexes and techniques. Forearm and hand warm-ups, relaxation,
    range of motion, PNF stretching and an effective Carpal Tunnel Routine.
  • Caring for YOUR hands: Exercises and soaks.
